Is there a setup fee?
No. We learn your business, write your script and run test calls with you at no extra cost.
What counts as a contact on pay-per-call plans?
Each answered call or chat conversation counts as one contact. Spam, robocalls and wrong numbers never count.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Pay as you go has no minimum, a call bundle is paid up front one month at a time, and you can cancel any time.
What is the service guarantee?
If an agent is not the right fit, we replace them. If you are still not satisfied, we refund at least two weeks or agree a fix with you.
Do you offer AI answering?
Yes. AI can answer calls and chats first and hand everything else to our agents. Ask us to price AI-first and people-only side by side.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Many clients start on pay-per-call and move to a dedicated agent as volume grows.
