Business Challenges: 

This mission-driven American technology company was looking for a versatile team of virtual teaching assistants who could instruct and manage the live classes. VAs have already changed the way how companies conduct business nowadays. GetSetUp was also looking for the same, given their speedy growth.

Furthermore, they required a team to oversee all the emails, chats, video conferences, and everything else. To tackle the delayed messages, spammed emails, connectivity issues, unread texts, conflicting time zone, they turned to DOS for round-the-call customers support, especially virtual assistants.

Our Solution:

DOS trained a committed team of over 40 agents that provided 24/7 tier 1 and 2 phone support services. Moreover, they also worked as teachers’ assistants and maintained the connectivity between teachers and students. Our phone support covers the GSU partners too.
